Did you know.....

Conservatories are not covered by FENSA; being exempt from Building Regulations if they meet the following requirements:

The conservatory meets the definition of a conservatory, has an internal floor area of less than 30m2 and is separated from the main building by an exterior quality door. Also, it must now have a separate heating system. (October 2010)

However, it should be noted that conservatories must be compliant to Part N (safety glazing) and Part P (electrics)
